Our panel of speakers will walk you through the key factors home buyers should think about before choosing to move.

Panelists will also touch on refinancing and address questions from current homeowners.
This session is being hosted in partnership with the Money Smart Financial Coaching program and is open to all members of the WCC Campus Community.
Please note, we will once again offer an opportunity for our in-person attendees to meet 1:1 with a personal finance professional to ask your questions. These sessions are offered as pro-bono, 15 minute windows. Your questions can focus on any aspect of your finances, it is not restricted to the topic being presented. Volunteers join us from the Financial Planners Association of the Greater Hudson Valley.
Panelists will include:
Jeffrey Bonville is a Commercial Relationship Manager at Tompkins Community Bank, bringing over 24 years if banking experience. Today he focuses on helping business owners and property managers improve their operational efficiencies while growing their enterprise.
Throughout Jeff’s 20+ year banking career, he has always been involved in the communities he served through local volunteer efforts and he has provided Financial Literacy seminars to thousands of individuals from all walks of life. Jeff always puts the customer experience first and he has earned a reputation of adding value to every client interaction.
Jeff holds a BA from Bucknell University.
Roberto Lupi is a Mortgage Loan Officer at Tompkins Community Bank, bringing over 31 years of experience in the banking and mortgage industry. He specializes in mortgage lending and home equity solutions, helping individuals and families navigate the homeownership journey with confidence.
Passionate about providing personalized guidance, Roberto takes pride in ensuring his clients receive expert advice tailored to their unique financial needs. His commitment to community-focused service aligns with Tompkins' mission to deliver exceptional financial solutions with a personal touch.
Roberto holds a business degree from Pace University and actively works with homebuyers throughout the Hudson Valley, helping them achieve their homeownership goals every day.
Karen Cammann is the Vice President and Branch Manager of Tompkins Community Bank’s Pleasantville Branch. With an impressive 50-year career in banking, Karen brings a wealth of experience and a passion for customer service to her role. Before joining Tompkins 17 years ago, she retired from Wells Fargo, but her dedication to the industry kept her engaged in serving her community’s financial needs.
Karen is deeply involved in the Pleasantville community, actively participating in the local Rotary Club, Chamber of Commerce, and the Yorktown Food Pantry. Known for her natural ability to connect with people and her strong sales acumen, she ensures that customers receive exceptional service and access to the full range of banking solutions offered at the branch.
